Rakesh Bharadwaj
Founder & Advocate
Rakesh Bharadwaj is an advocate with over a decade of experience in litigation and corporate advisory. He appears before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, bringing both legal and commercial training to the matters he handles.
He holds an MBA in Finance and an LLM in Taxation and Corporate Law, a combination that informs his work at the intersection of law and business. His practice covers litigation, intellectual property disputes, corporate restructuring, and family law matters.
Outside his practice, Rakesh draws on the principles of Yoga and Sufism — philosophies that shape his approach to dispute resolution and client counsel. He believes the measure of a matter well handled is not the outcome alone, but the clarity it leaves the client with.

Founder of Kalyan Mitr, Rakesh Bharadwaj is an advocate with over a decade of experience, appearing before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. He holds an MBA in Finance and an LLM in Taxation and Corporate Law, and practises across litigation, corporate advisory, and family law.
Satya Veer Singh
Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India
An Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, practising since 2016, Satya Veer Singh has appeared in over 300 matters before the Supreme Court and in more than 15 reported judgments. His work spans appellate practice before the Supreme Court alongside trial court matters, including criminal defence.
